Aykon Biosciences Pvt. Ltd. has a modern and well-equipped manufacturing facility located in a peaceful environment with ideal conditions for production. The plant occupies a 5362 sq. m plot, with a built-up area of 1787.5 sq. m, which is divided into different sections, including Liquid Injectable Ampoule and PFS (Pre-filled Syringes) production areas. The space is designed to accommodate current operations and Aykon has acquired another 5500 sq. m plotland next to existing premises for further expansion.Separate buildings for administration and utilities are also on the premises. Surrounding the plant are open areas with trees, plants, and gardens, contributing to a pleasant and clean atmosphere.

  • Production Department: Houses facilities for manufacturing Liquid Injectable Ampoules and PFS.

Building Construction and Features:

  • Construction: The building is made with brick and reinforced cement concrete (RCC) structure, ensuring strength and durability.
  • Manufacturing Areas: The clean areas (requiring controlled air supply) are built with modular clean room panels. These panels are made of pre-painted galvanized iron (GI) sheets with insulated puff material and smooth ceilings.
  • Flooring: The floors are finished with PU (Polyurethane) material to ensure they are smooth, cleanable, and resistant to cleaning agents.
  • Windows: Double-layered sandwich windows with toughened glass are used, which also act as viewing panels for several sections.
  • Clean Room Doors: The doors are designed from PPGI (Pre-painted Galvanized Iron) material to minimize air leakage and maintain the necessary pressure differentials.
  • Drains: There are no drains in Grade B areas (highly controlled zones). Where drains are present, they are equipped with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) traps to prevent backflow.
  • Utilities: All utilities are provided through stainless steel pipes, ensuring cleanliness and durability.
  • Lighting: LED lighting fixtures are used in classified areas, which are easy to maintain and clean.
